Founder · LinkSwitch Communications

Rohit Wanchoo

I build the software that lenders and call centers run all day.

I run LinkSwitch Communications. We build the unglamorous software that lending shops and call centers depend on every day: origination and servicing, CRMs, dialers, and the AI that reviews the calls afterward. Sixteen years of this now.

Or look at LinkSwitch, the company behind all of it.

Some of the teams I build for

01 - The Founder

Sixteen years inside other people's infrastructure, then my own.

I started in IT operations and ended up building the products instead.

For most of my career I worked inside other companies' infrastructure, keeping servers and phone systems alive while somebody else decided what got built. Eventually I wanted to be the one deciding. That is LinkSwitch Communications, and the focus is narrow on purpose: lending software, applied AI, and the voice systems that connect companies to the people they serve.

Fifty-odd clients later, the work keeps taking the same shape: lending platforms, call-quality tools, dialers, CRMs, and the messaging plumbing underneath. What I care about is whether it survives contact with live volume and a compliance audit. Plenty of software demos beautifully and falls over in month three.

I've never been able to sell something I couldn't build myself. That's a limitation. It's also the reason everything on this page exists.
02 - Ventures

The company, and the three bets inside it.

Everything runs through LinkSwitch. These are the three areas I've chosen to stay in.

V/00 Flagship Venture

LinkSwitch Communications, LLC

LinkSwitch is the company behind everything on this page: origination and servicing, the MCA CRM, CallChex, the dialer, ringless voicemail, SMS. If you hire me, this is who you're hiring.

V/01

Fintech

A surprising amount of lending still runs on spreadsheets and email threads. I build the origination, servicing, and CRM systems that replace them.

V/02

Artificial Intelligence

Most AI in this industry is a demo that never reaches the floor. The version I build scores every call, flags the compliance problems, and answers customers at two in the morning.

V/03

Voice & Communications

Phone calls still close deals, which makes the dialer the most important software in most buildings. I build those, plus the voicemail and SMS layered around them.

03 - Services

The work I take on for other teams.

Eight things I do for teams that need senior help without adding a full-time hire.

S/01

Managed IT Services

Helpdesk, systems management, remote troubleshooting, round-the-clock monitoring. The unexciting work that keeps everything else upright.

S/03

Software Development

Custom apps, SaaS, APIs, ERP, CRM, and dragging legacy systems into the present.

S/04

IT Strategy & Consulting

Audits, fractional CTO work, automation, roadmaps. Useful when you can tell something is wrong but not what.

Discuss a project
S/05

BPO Services

Multilingual support and back-office teams, with AI tooling behind them so headcount stops tracking volume.

S/06

IT Staffing & Augmentation

Vetted developers and offshore teams, available next month rather than next quarter.

S/07

E-commerce & Web

Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom build, plus the SEO work that makes it worth having.

S/08

RCM Services

Revenue-cycle automation for medical billing. Fewer denials, faster collections, and less time on hold with payers.

04 - Products

What's running in production.

Six products, all in daily use.

Call Center Dialer interface
Voice

Call Center Dialer

A dialer with the CRM built in, so agents stop alt-tabbing between four windows to log one call. Multichannel outreach and lead routing come with it.

  • CRM built in, not bolted on
  • Multichannel outreach
  • Live agent and campaign stats
Ringless Voicemail Drop campaign view
Voice

Ringless Voicemail Drop

Drops a voicemail without the phone ever ringing.

  • Scheduling and workflow rules
  • Campaign reporting
Cash Advance CRM deal pipeline
Fintech

Cash Advance CRM

Built for MCA specifically, because generic CRMs don't understand brokers, renewals, or a deal that dies and comes back three weeks later. Pipeline, commission splits, and follow-up sequences are shaped around the way brokers work rather than the way a generic sales team does.

  • Deal pipeline and renewals
  • Broker and ISO management
  • Automated follow-ups
Lending origination and servicing platform
Fintech

Lending Origination & Servicing

Origination and servicing in one system, with the audit trail there from the start. Retrofitting compliance afterwards is how these projects die.

  • Origination through servicing
  • Audit trail built in
  • Payment and collection tracking
  • Portfolio reporting

SMS AI conversation thread
AI

SMS AI

Texts leads back the way a person would, handles the obvious questions, and keeps following up long after your team has moved on.

  • Two-way AI conversations
  • Follow-up that doesn't quit

05 - Process

How an engagement runs.

Four stages. The fourth is the one most vendors quietly skip.

1

Discover & Strategize

We work out what the problem actually is, which is often not the one in the brief, and what it would take to fix.

2

Architect & Build

I design it and I build it. Compliance and reliability go in at the start, because adding them later costs several times as much.

3

Launch & Integrate

It goes into your environment, talks to the tools you already run, and gets proven under live traffic before anyone celebrates.

4

Operate & Scale

Then it has to keep running. Monitoring, support, and the changes you'll inevitably want six months in.

06 - Questions

Questions I get asked.

Who is Rohit Wanchoo?

Founder of LinkSwitch Communications. Sixteen years in technology, most of it spent on lending software, call-center systems, and the AI layered on top. I still write code.

What does LinkSwitch Communications do?

It's my company, and it builds everything listed on this page: origination and servicing, the Cash Advance CRM, CallChex, dialers, ringless voicemail, SMS AI. Fintech, AI, and voice, and nothing outside that if I can help it.

Do you sell products, or consult?

Both. Some clients want a finished system handed over. Others want someone senior in the room while their own team builds it. I don't have a strong preference, and the products came out of years of doing the second kind of work.

What industries do you work in?

Lending and fintech first, then more or less anything with a call center attached. The cloud, BPO, and RCM work has pulled me into healthcare and e-commerce as well.

How do we start working together?

Use the form, email mailme@rohitwanchoo.com, or call +1 (902) 441-2385. If you'd rather see something working before you talk, ask for a demo and I'll walk you through it myself.

What won't you take on?

Work I can't support after it launches. I'd rather turn a project down than hand over something nobody is going to maintain.

Have something worth building?

Describe what you're trying to do. If I'm the wrong person for it, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

07 - Contact

Let's build something.

How to reach me.

About one of the products, about a project of your own, or about something you're not yet sure is a project. Any of those is fine.

Prefer to just pick a time?

Thirty minutes. We scope the problem and I tell you roughly what it would take.
